About
A note from the founder
I built RoleRefine during my own job search in Ottawa, after rewriting the same resume one too many times. It’s the tool I wanted: honest, fast, and organized.

Why it won’t invent a line
Job titles, employers, and dates on a tailored resume come from your library. Each bullet cites the experience it came from. A check runs before the resume is saved, and a line that doesn’t trace back is not kept.
A cover letter can use a note you write about why you want the role. It does not invent that reason for you.
